CableJob

Proof, not promises.

CableJob is where fiber, cabling and data-centre engineers find work, and where companies find someone who can actually do it.

Why CableJob is different

Work proof, not adjectives

Photos, before and after, and short video of finished work sit on the profile, next to verified client references.

Certificates that are checked

BICSI, FOA, CSCS and Credly badges are verified at the source, so a certificate number means something.

A taxonomy from the trade

Splicing, OTDR, outside plant, data centre. Skills employers search by, not job titles.

Pay range on every job

Every listing states the rate. Engineers never pay us anything, in any country, ever.

How it works

For engineers

  1. Build a profile from your work

Add the jobs you are proud of. Photos and a short clip say more than adjectives.

  2. Get your skills and certificates checked

We check certificate numbers at the issuer and ask your named referees to confirm.

  3. Apply where the rate is published

Every listing states its pay. Your profile stays yours, and you never pay us.

For employers

  1. Post the role with a rate

A wizard asks for skills, location and pay. A listing without a rate cannot go live.

  2. See the work, not just the CV

Every profile carries photos of finished jobs, checked certificates and confirmed references.

  3. Contact the engineer directly

We do not set rates, assign work or hold your money. You talk to the person.

What we check

  • References we confirm

A named person at the employer confirms the job. We show who confirmed it, and when.

  • Certificates checked at source

BICSI, FOA, CSCS and Credly numbers are checked with the issuer, not taken on trust.

  • Engineers never pay

Free for engineers in every country, always. Employers and agencies pay for the service.

Post a role with its rate and reach engineers whose finished jobs you can look at.

Two ways in.

Engineers build a profile from finished work. Employers post a role with its rate.
