CCTV and Access Control Engineer

**The work** Installing and commissioning IP CCTV and access control for commercial and public sector clients across the East Midlands. Cable and containment, camera and reader mounting, door hardware, PoE switching, then VMS and access software configuration, user handover and the O&M pack. A share of the work is remedial on systems somebody else installed badly. **What you need** - Three years or more on IP CCTV and access control, including commissioning, not just first fix. - Comfortable configuring a VMS and an access control server, and explaining it to a site manager. - ECS or CSCS card and an IPAF PAL card, or a willingness to take IPAF at our cost. - Full UK driving licence. - DBS clearance will be arranged for school and hospital work. **What we offer** A permanent salary in the band above, a company van and fuel card, an on-call allowance for the one-week-in-five rota, pension and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
