Data Centre Fit-Out Project Manager

**The work** Owning white space fit-out packages from order to handover: programme, subcontractor selection, materials, change control, the weekly client report and the completion documentation. Packages run between £200k and £3m. Two or three days a week on site at Slough or at a customer campus, the rest from home or from our office. **What you need** - Five years or more delivering fit-out or critical environment packages. - Able to hold a subcontractor to a programme without losing them. - Comfortable with the commercial side: variations, valuations and a monthly cost report. - CSCS manager or professionally qualified card, and SMSTS is preferred. - PRINCE2 or an equivalent methodology is useful but not required. **What we offer** A permanent salary in the band above, car allowance, private medical cover, pension and a bonus tied to package margin and to client satisfaction, not to hours.
