Fibre Installation Crew — South Wales

**The work** A crew package for an FTTP build across South Wales. Aerial cable installation on existing poles, pole climbing and make-ready, underground duct work where the route drops below ground, and cable hauling on both. The rate quoted is for a three-person crew with a van; two-person crews are considered at a pro-rata rate. **What you need** - Three engineers with pole climbing and harness training in date. - Four years or more of aerial and underground fibre installation between you. - CSCS cards for all three and NRSWA units for whoever signs for the streetworks. - Your own van; drums, trailers, ladders and consumables are supplied. - Public liability cover at the level stated in the subcontract terms. **What we offer** A crew day rate in the band above, paid weekly against a signed timesheet, with a build programme that runs to 2027. Plant, materials and traffic management are supplied. We do not charge the crew for anything, ever. **How to apply** Apply through CableJob.
