Fibre Network Planner — Remote

**The work**
Designing FTTH networks from the PoP to the building handover: routing based on existing records, reusing available duct, a splitter concept with an attenuation budget, splice plans and as-built documentation after construction. Fully remote within Germany and Austria, with two planning sessions a week with the team.
**What you need**
- Several years of experience in FTTH or OSP design.
- Confident with a GIS, such as QGIS or Smallworld.
- Able to build and justify an attenuation budget.
- You know what a crew can actually build, because you have been on site.
- Residency and the right to work in Germany or Austria.
**What we offer**
Permanent contract at the monthly salary stated above, fully remote, a home office budget, 30 days holiday and a company pension scheme. We meet in person twice a year; otherwise you work from wherever you live.
