**The work** Acceptance testing for FTTH lots between Stuttgart, Heilbronn and Reutlingen. You test bidirectionally with an OTDR, check attenuation against the design budget, document anomalies with the trace and location, and produce the test record that goes to the network operator. Where a link fails, you arrange the remedial work and re-test. **What you need** - Several years of experience in fibre test engineering. - You can explain a trace, not just record it. - Careful documentation; the test record is the product here. - Full driving licence (class B), regional working area. - German to at least B2. **What we offer** An hourly rate in the band above, calibrated test equipment supplied, and travel costs reimbursed. The contract runs four months initially; an extension is already being discussed with the network operator. **How to apply** Apply through CableJob.
