Field Cabling Crew (Subcontractor)

**The work** We are taking on a subcontractor crew for field work on an operator network across Kocaeli, Sakarya and Bursa: opening and closing trenches, laying duct, pulling fibre, tidying manholes, and splicing where needed. Measured survey is agreed with the site supervisor every two weeks and paid within fifteen days. **What you need** - A crew of at least four with its own vehicle and hand tools. - At least three years of hands-on experience on fibre networks. - Trade registration, current safety training records and workplace accident insurance. - Care in locating existing infrastructure before excavation. - Turkish for site communication; at least one crew member comfortable with technical documents. **What we offer** The daily rate above for the crew, payment within fifteen days, materials and traffic safety equipment supplied by us. The work programme is planned through to the end of 2027. No commission or fee of any kind is charged to the crew. **How to apply** Apply through CableJob with your CV and certificates.
