Network Service Technician

**The work** Service and fault clearance on customer networks across North Rhine-Westphalia: fault-finding on copper and fibre, swapping active equipment, VLAN and PoE issues, testing and evidence, then a documented handover to the customer. You start from home, cover a fixed territory and plan your own route. **What you need** - An IT or electrical trade qualification, or comparable hands-on experience. - Structured fault-finding: you test before you swap. - Working knowledge of VLAN, PoE and switching. - Full driving licence (class B), willing to do one week in five on call. - German B2 for customer communication. **What we offer** Permanent contract at the monthly salary stated above, a company vehicle, an on-call allowance, 30 days holiday and paid certifications.
