Splicing Supervisor

**The work** Running two splicing teams on an FTTP build across the North East. Planning the week against the splice schedule, checking work in the chamber and the cabinet, signing off traces, keeping the as-built records honest, and holding the safety standard on the ground. You will still splice when a team is short, but the job is supervision. **What you need** - Five years or more of fibre splicing, with at least one supervising. - Able to inspect somebody else's work and have the awkward conversation when it is not right. - Comfortable writing and briefing a RAMS. - ECS card, NRSWA units and a full driving licence. - Familiar with a GIS or redlining workflow for as-built records. **What we offer** A permanent salary in the band above, a company car or allowance, private medical cover, pension, and a bonus tied to programme milestones rather than to volume alone.
