Field Supervisor — Fibre Infrastructure

**The work** Field supervision on ongoing fibre infrastructure work across Adana, Mersin and Osmaniye. Distributing the weekly programme across subcontractor crews, quality control in manholes and street cabinets, sign-off on test results, accuracy of as-built records, holding the safety standard on site, and checking measured-survey payments. **What you need** - At least five years in fibre infrastructure work, at least two of them in a supervisory role. - Able to inspect somebody else's work and send it back when it isn't right. - Able to prepare a risk assessment and method statement. - Full driving licence (class B) and willingness to travel across the region. - Experience working with a GIS or as-built records system. **What we offer** The monthly salary band above, a company vehicle, private health insurance, travel and accommodation, plus a performance bonus tied to quality and schedule, not volume.
