Tower and Antenna Technician

**The work** Antenna and RRU installation on base station projects across Antalya, Isparta and Burdur. Tower climbing, antenna mounting and azimuth/tilt setting, feeder and jumper runs, RRU installation and cabling, then line sweep testing and installation reporting. Work is done as a team; nobody climbs a tower alone. **What you need** - At least two years of experience in tower and antenna work. - Current working-at-height training and medical clearance. - Competent with a full-body harness and rescue procedures. - Full driving licence (class B) and willingness to stay away for the project's duration. - Knowledge of line sweep testing is an advantage; training is provided. **What we offer** The monthly salary band above, accommodation and travel paid by the company, a bonus at the end of the project, workplace accident insurance and refreshed working-at-height training.
